Please fill out the information below, and we will contact you to schedule a speech and language assessment to determine if your child would benefit from speech and language therapy. If you have a current speech and language assessment, we may be able to go ahead and schedule weekly treatment sessions.

We are providers with Aetna, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, United, and Optum health insurance companies, as well as North Carolina Medicaid. We will also file for other insurance companies on your behalf, as well. Now in-network with Cigna!

The HIPAA privacy rule requires covered entities to safeguard certain Protected Health Information (PHI) related to a person’s healthcare. Information being sent to you may include PHI, after appropriate consent, acknowledgement, or authorization. You, the recipient, are obligated to maintain PHI in a safe and secure manner. You may not re-disclose this patient information without additional patient consent. Unauthorized re-disclosure or failure to safeguard PHI could subject us, or you, to penalties described in federal (HIPAA) and state law.
